<p>PURPOSE:To provide an information reader scanning and emitting beam light of the same or different wavelength to an information title, reading information by the wavelength or the reflection location of the reflected light or fetching the light by forming an image and selecting the reading mode according to the ambient light. CONSTITUTION:This device is a reader where the light sources 1a and 1b of beam light 8a and 8b, a rotating mirror 5, an optical system collecting reflected light including an optical filter 11, and signal processing parts such as processors 13a, 13b and 23, etc., including a charge coupled type image pickup element 3 and discriminators 17a, 17b and 27 and 15a, 15b and 25 decoders are integrated into one. Beam light to be at least one scanning line of the same wavelength or different wavelengths is scanned and emitted to an information title having different optical reflectivities from the plural light sources 1a and 1b, the reflected light or diffused light is collected, beam light is selected and detected by the reflection location or wavelength of the information title and information is read in each light.</p> |
