PURPOSE:To instantaneously issue a credit card at a sales store, etc., and to prevent the card from unautorized issue and unautorized use so as to enable highly safe credit sales by entering information of permitting the issue of the card into the card when two pieces of information are coincident as the result of comparing them. CONSTITUTION:At the credit sales store, the card 1 to be issued is put into a reader/writer 12 to check as necessary, to read the first identification number of the card 1 from an ID 1 card number section and the second identification number of the card 1 from an ID 2 check code section and to output the input request of the second identification number to a display 13. When a clerk in charge inputs the received second identification number from a key board 11, a processor 10 compares the input value and the value of the second identification number which is read from the card 1 by itself, requires the input of a customer's code number when the values are coincident, and enters a numerical value as information of the permission of issuing the card 1 so as to permit the card 1. |
