摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure the line information, e.g. line voltage and zero-phase voltage, with high accuracy without causing any hysteresis in the modulation factor of an electrooptic crystal element even if the coefficient of thermal expansion is differentiated between the electrooptic crystal element and a flexible board due to the ambient temperature variation. CONSTITUTION:The optical sensor comprising a polarizer 8a, a quarter wavelength plate 8b, an electrooptic crystal element 8c exhibiting Pockels effect, and an analyzer 8d can measure a plurality of voltages. The optical sensor further comprises a plurality of transparent electrode films 8e arranged on the opposite sides in the longitudinal direction of one electrooptic element 8c, a flexible board 15 provide with an electrode on one end thereof, a plurality of contact pieces 15b provided at the other end of the flexible board 15, and a conductive film 15c provided on the flexible board 15 while having one end connected with the electrode on the flexible board 15 and the other end extended to the contact piece 15b. The conductive film 15c is bonded to the transparent electrode 8e of the electrooptic crystal element 8c through a conductive adhesive.</p>
