PURPOSE:To obtain a label printer which is simple, inexpensive and can print a clear tabulated report by providing a printing means which prints more than one kind tabulated report on the same kind of label based on a printing format determined by a printing format determination means. CONSTITUTION:A dot type printing part 3 which prints and issues a label is installed on the right surface of a label printer equipped with an electronic balance. A label before printing is stuck on a layout sheet freely peelably at specified intervals and rolled up with the layout sheet to be placed in the printing part 3. The printing part 3, after printing printing data on the label stuck on the layout sheet, strips off the label from the layout sheet and holds it at a label issue opening 3a. When the label is removed by an operator, it is detected by a sensor so that the printing part repeats the above operation. Accordingly, the connection of a printer for printing exclusively a tabulated report to a separated body and the exchange of a label cassette for a sheet cassette are eliminated. |
