PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of defective writing at the time of manufacture or use by forming an ink guide refill composed of a thermoplastic elastomer resin such as polypropylene, to which a surface active agent composed mainly of an alkyl ester copolymer such as acrylic acid having its hydrophilic portion of a carboxylic acid or a sulfonic acid is added. CONSTITUTION:An ink guide refill for guiding ink from an ink storage section to a writing end inserted into an ink outflow control cylinder formed between the ink storage section and the writing end is formed by using a thermoplastic elastomer such as polypropylene, polyurethane, urethane or a vinyl acetate copolymer, to which a surface active agent of 0.01-1% composed mainly of an alkyl ester polymer of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid having its hydrophilic portion of a carboxylic acid or a sufonic acid is added. As a result, the generation of defective writing such as blurring of handwriting at the time of manufacture or use of a liquid low viscosity ink writing instrument can be prevented. |
