<p>A waterproof, non-slip, flexible and durable pet animal boot (10) comprises a flexible sleeve (12) which conforms to portions of the paw and lower leg of the animal (50) and a fabric liner (18) permanently secured to the interior of the sleeve (12). The sleeve (12) has a first side (13), and a backside (15) of symmetrical and identical shape integrally formed as a single uniform structure, a flared open top (14), and closed lower end (16). The boot (10) is secured by a detachable strap (22) secured to the sleeve (12) by mating strips of VELCRO® (30, 25). The boot (10) is produced by dipping a paddle-shaped sleeve (12) in a heat curing polymer solution consisting of at least polyvinyl chloride.</p> |
