Liquid polyurethane (meth)acrylate photopolymer useful for flexographic printing plate

A liquid photopolymer useful in preparing water developable, tack-free, solid substrate is prepared by using an amine-modified polyether based polyurethane (meth)acrylate polymer suitably formulated with a photoinitiator system comprising benzophenone. The method for obtaining the tack-free surface is further obtained by post curing treatment with germicidal radiation exposure.
