PURPOSE:To make it possible to thinly and neatly form the seat part, back part, elbow rest parts, etc., of a chair. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 4 and a foamed material 5 are superposed on each other and a cushion body 2 having side edges 6 extending outward at its peripheral edges is formed by a hot press. This cushion body 2 is put into molds and a synthetic resin material is molded by injection molding or stamping flow molding from the rear surface part 10 to the front surface part 12 around the circumferential part 11 of the side edges 6, by which the foam 5 is integrally molded. As a result, the cushion body is reinforced and neatly formed. |
