PURPOSE:To provide a method for injection-molding a tray integrally equipped with decorative sheet or more compactly for allowing to easily arrange the decorative sheet on the surface of molds arranged left and right and realizing the decorative sheet, which is hard to break at the closing of the molds. CONSTITUTION:Decorative sheet (w) is sucked through suction ports 25, which are provided on the surface of one mold 2 of an injection molder, in which molds 1 and 2 are arranged left and right. Since the decorative sheet is fixed through suction, the decorative sheet can move (or shift) even after being fixed. At the closing of the molds 1 and 2, due to the development of the movement (or shifting) of the decorative sheet, the decorative sheet can be prevented from breaking. By injection molding after the closing of the molds, a tray, onto the surface of which the decorative sheet is arranged, is produced. Further, instead of suction, fixation may be performed by pinching the peripheral edge part of the decorative sheet between magnetic suction parts and pressers. |
