The arrangement comprises a frame structure (15) which has a bottom and mountable wheel holders (17,28) with a height adjuster for the four wheels (11-14), at least two of which are steerable. The arrangement also contains a tow-bar (39). Both frame structure ends contain a retainer, in which the tow-bar is releasably securable and rotates about a vertical bolt (43). Hinged to the tow-bar are track rods (40), whose other ends are releasably hinged to the steering levers (34) of the steerable wheels (11,14). The wheel height adjuster contains a steplessly, linearly movable wheel support, mechanically actuated by rotation.
