Glass substrate (1) with thin multilayers comprising a functional layer (3) made either of metal alloy based on chromium and nickel or based on tantalum, deposited on a layer (2) based on tantalum oxide, titanium oxide or tin oxide and covered with a layer (4) of a metal compound such as titanium oxide or nitride or tantalum oxide.
