PURPOSE:To conduct the electrode trimming of a material to be worked of a frequency filter, etc., at high speed and with high accuracy as performing frequency measurement by a non-contact method. CONSTITUTION:When the trimming of the electrode of the material to be worked of the high frequency filter, etc., is performed by a laser beam, an antenna terminal 52 connected to a frequency measuring instrument 50 is arranged in non-contact so as to couple with the resonance part 48 of the material to be worked. The trimming of the electrode relating to the resonance frequency of the resonance part 48 is performed by the laser beam as measuring the resonance frequency by the frequency measuring instrument 50. |
