PURPOSE:To reduce shadow loss by heating a photovoltaic element from the side opposite to the side provided with a current collecting electrode simultaneously with application of pressure thereto thereby decreasing the width of the current electrode. CONSTITUTION:A photovoltaic element 103 is set on a heating board 101 with the surface, opposite to the side provided with a current collecting electrode, directing downward. It is then heated from the side opposite to the light incident surface to soften a conductive adhesive while simultaneously a pressure is applied thereto using a soft resin sheet 105 thus securing a coated wire onto the light incident surface of the photovoltaic element 103. Since only the required part of conductive adhesive applied to a metal wire is softened, the conductive adhesive does not spread excessively. Furthermore, uniform adhesion is realized by means of the resin sheet 105. Preferably, the heating temperature of the conductive adhesive is set in the range higher by 150 deg. than the softening temperature thereof and the spreading of adhesive is suppressed furthermore within this temperature range. |
