<p>PURPOSE:To judge the life of a battery easily by summing up the number of times of charging and discharging of a storage battery each time the charging discharging condition is detected, and indicating it. CONSTITUTION:A voltage detecting circuit 92 detects the charging state of a battery 91, on the basis of the voltage at discharging, and outputs a pulse signal, which serves as the basis for counting the number of charges of a battery 91, to a counter 95. A stabilizing power circuit 94 receives the DC voltage from the battery 91 and supplies the counter 95 with power. According to this stabilizing power circuit 94, the counter 95 operates stably even if the DC voltage of the battery 91 drops. The counter 95 adds it one by one by the pulse signal of the voltage detecting circuit 92, and preserves the total value. Moreover, the output side of the counter 95 is connected to an A terminal, and the results of total are outputted to outside.</p> |
