MAGNESIA-SPINEL REFRACTORY

摘要

The title refractory is composed of 85-95 wt% magnesia refractory material, 5-15 wt% sintered alumina, 2-5 wt% iron oxide, 0.3-1 wt% manganese dioxide, 3 wt% magnesium sulfate hydrate(MgSO4.7H2O) and 1.5 wt% lignin sulfonate-based compound as binder. The used lignin sulfonate(sulfite pulp) is prepared by dissolving and boiling the lignin in a mixed solution of small wood fragments or plant and sulfate.
