The apparatus is prepared for simultaneously drying the umbrella and shoes in front of the building entrance when it rains by using dewatering vessel and heating coils. It comprises a multiple of frames(10) combined with motors(11) and shock absorbing spring bushings; a pair of electrode plates(13,14) connected to a shaft(16) coupled with a motor shaft(12); the dewatering vessel(19) connected to the shaft(16), including a multiple of holes in the surface and vapor spray holes(23) in the lower part; a timer(28) electrically connected to contacts(24,25) of the electrode plates(13,14); an air chamber(7) including a compressor(6) and heating coils; pipes(37) including heating coils for drying the wet shoe sole.
