<p>PURPOSE:To control the turn-on of an electrical light emitter by means of human voice or hands touching a resonance means and to turn on the emitter for a predetermined time when detecting earthquake vibration by providing a vibration detecting circuit which causes a control circuit to turn on a switching element and to turn off the element a predetermined time thereafter. CONSTITUTION:An electrical light emitter such as an electric bulb and its socket are fitted to the upper end of a pole 3 erected on a pedestal 1. When an opening 4 in the top surface of a projecting portion 1a is touched by hand, an internal microphone 6 resonates, issuing an output like the sound of (c). The microphone 6 receives the sound of (c) coming from the direction of arrow B, which is a resonating frictional sound passing between the upper jaw and the tongue without the use of the human vocal cord, and the output of the microphone 6 is passed through an amplifier 7 and only signals with frequencies of 5kHz or higher are allowed to pass through bypass filter circuits 8a, 8b. When the sound of (c) continues for 0.5 seconds or more, a Zener diode 12 breaks down, a Tr 10d which is a switching element becomes conducting and the bulb is turned on, and after a period of 30 to 60 seconds the output of an FF circuit 13 is extinguished, the Tr 10d becomes nonconducting, and the bulb is turned off. The Tr 10d is turned on to turn on the electric bulb for a predetermined period of time in response to an output of a vibration detecting circuit 37 as to earthquake vibration, and the bulb is turned off thereafter.</p> |
