PURPOSE:To improve simulation accuracy by working process procedure information and preparing the process procedure information for production simulation. CONSTITUTION:A process procedure information storage part 1 stores the process procedure information for the respective kinds of a production line and a process procedure information working part 2 works the process procedure information stored in the storage part 1. The storage part 3 for the process procedure information for the production simulation stores the process procedure information for the production simulation which is output worked in the working part 2 for which input 15 the process procedure information stored in the storage part 1. An application lot information storage part 4 stores daily application lot information for the respective kinds and a master data storage part 5 stores master data required for executing the production simulation. A production simulation model preparation part 6 inputs the output of the storage part 3, the preparation part 4 and the storage part 5 and prepares a production simulation model and a production simulation execution part 7 inputs the output of the preparation part 6 and executes the production simulation. |
