The comparator (VGL) determines the phase of at least two pulse signals (CLK1, CLK2) and, depending on this, gives a signal to the evaluation unit (B). This determines, from the signal (UNGLEICH), which of the pulse signals is incorrect, providing a further signal (MSEL-TART). The switching unit (D), depending on this signal and another signal (S), allows one of the pulse signals through.
