PURPOSE:To carry out the starting in the condition to prohibit the gear stage of the maximum change gear ratio, by outputting an instruction signal to increase the engine output to a control means depending on the detecting signal of a prohibition detecting means of an automatic change gear which has a means to prohibit the ahead stage of the maximum change gear ratio. CONSTITUTION:The output of an engine 2 is controlled electrically through an output control means 1. And by operating a lowest speed prohibiting means 3, the setting of an ahead stage of the maximum change gear ratio is prohibited, even though it is the starting from the stopping condition, and as a result, a small change gear ratio of stage is set. This setting is instructed to the output control means 1 by an engine output increase instruction means 6 depending on the detecting signal from a lowest stage prohibition detecting means 5, so as to increase the engine output. In order to start at a change gear stage whose change gear ratio is smaller than the lowest speed stage, the starting operation is simplified by only stepping a little on an accelerator pedal, or only by releasing the braking. |
