<p>PURPOSE:To perform direct excavation propulsion of a mounting pipe without using a conventional sheath pipe and to reduce the number of works and the cost of a sheath pipe by a method wherein a guidance body is attached to the tip of the mounting pipe and a measure to effect excavation propulsion of the mounting pipe until arrival of the guidance body at a buried main pipe is taken. CONSTITUTION:When a mounting pipe 2 is joined with a buried main pipe 1, a guidance body 3 is first attached to the tip of the mounting pipe 2 and excavation propulsion of the mounting pipe 2 is executed until arrival of the guidance body 3 at the buried main body 1. The guidance body 3 is pulled out from the inside of the mounting pipe 2 and the mounting pipe 2 is pushed out toward the buried main pipe 1. Consecutively, in a state that a packer 4 is inserted in the mounting pipe 2, the tip part of the mounting pipe 2 and the peripheral edge part of the buried main pipe 1 are filled with chemical 5. After the chemical 5 is cured, the packer 4 is removed, a joining hole 11 is drilled by a drill 6 throughout a portion extending from the interior of the mounting pipe 2 to the outer surface of the buried main pipe 1. Thereafter, a resin mat is mounted from the inner side of the buried main pipe 1 and a gap between the end part of the mounting pipe 2 and the joining hole 11 is closed.</p> |
