Fixed stop absorber with elastic pad as circular ring

The pad consists of a plastics or rubber circular ring (1) with outer elastic protective sheath and the axis (7) of which sits vertically on the flat support plate (4) formed by the side of the support element facing the circular ring. The hole (2) in the circular ring is in the middle and extends through the entire circular ring along the axis. The circular ring is stuck to the support plate by a layer of adhesive (3). The outside of the support plate has a double-sided adhesive strip (6). A hole (5) in the support plate goes along its axis. A cover-plate (15) is parallel to the support plate between which is the circular ring.
