Depolymerisation plant for scrap and waste plastics

Plant for depolymerisation of waste and scrap plastics includes a closed reactor (1) with a feeding system (18), depolymerisate removal system (7) and an extractor for gas and condensible products. Erosion protecton in the recirculatory system comprises a rising length (2) just prior to the return pipe (16) for separating off coarser particles with a higher sinking speed. A depolymerisation process at elevated temp. is claimed using the said plant.
