The micro-valve has a chamber with an inlet port (8) and a ground plate (10). An outlet port (9) is placed in the ground plate which has a closure element (1) in the outlet port. The closure element is attached to a cover plate (7) by connectors (3,4). The cover plate is formed as a deformable membrane. By closure of the outlet port the membrane deforms itself in such a way that the elastic connectors exert a force on the closure element.
