PURPOSE: A pencil sharpener is provided to prevent pencil dust and pencil powder from being dropped by being fixed on a desk using tongs. CONSTITUTION: A pencil sharpener is fixed on a desk using tongs. The tongs are adjusted to the height of the desk. The pencil sharpener includes tongs parts(1, 2), a desk fixing part(3), tongs adjusting parts(4, 5), and a pencil sharpening part(6). The tongs adjusting parts are simultaneously pressed to open the tongs parts.
