PURPOSE:To reduce necessary time for positioning completion of a conveyer and cost by providing a rotating member near a driving end and a driven end, which lifts up the lower going passage of an endless conveying material and brings it close to an upper return passage, and fitting a cover to the endless conveying material which covers it along its contour. CONSTITUTION:This lifting device is provided with a driving end 2 where a chain is stretched between a gear 21 which is driven by a motor 20 and a gear 24 coaxially-mounted onto a driving pulley 23 whose rotating shaft is horizontally installed, and which is mounted horizontally. A take-up device 31 is mounted onto a driven end 3 which faces the driving end 2 and is horizontally installed. An endless belt 4 is stretched between the driving pulley 23 of the driving end 2 and the driven pulley 30 of the driven end 3. A lifting roller, which lifts up the lower going passage of an endless conveying material 4 and brings it close to an upper return passage, is rotatably provided, and a cover 10 which covers the endless conveying material 4 along its contour is fitted to the material 4. |
