<p>PURPOSE:To enable diagnosis of no-leakage for only a drain cut valve, so as to shorten a diagnostic time. CONSTITUTION:A diagnostic device is provided with a means (i) for making a purge condition in which a purge cut valve (f) and a drain cut valve (g) are opened in a prescribed diagnostic condition, a means (j) for closing the drain cut valve (g) from this purge condition, and a means (k) for diagnosing whether leakage is generated or not by closing the drain cut valve (g) on the basis of change of flow passage pressure (P).</p> |
