PURPOSE:To provide a used amount parameter control function without reducing the economy of an ATM exchange relating to a used amount parameter measurement system in the ATM exchange. CONSTITUTION:In the ATM exchange provided with the used amount parameter control function for comparing the used amount of the connection unit of subscribers with a contract used amount and controlling it, measurement object kind setting means 100 for setting the kind of a measurement object used amount parameter based on externally specified conditions and used amount parameter measurement means 200 respectively provided with the measurement object kind setting means for measuring the used amount of the kind of a used amount parameter set by the measurement object kind setting means are provided by more than the maximum number of the kinds of the used amount parameter for which measurement is to be simultaneously specified in measurement object connection and a rule judgement means 300 for judging a used amount rule by the connection unit based on measured results outputted from the respective used amount parameter measurement means and specified conditions from an outside is provided.
