Holder for fastening protective film onto hot plate welding tool

A device for attaching one or both ends of a film onto a hot plate welding tool (2) includes a strip (1) with parallel pins (10) which pass through the film end and passages through the tool (2). Pref. film ends are held in gaps (23, 24) under rails (21, 22) held onto both faces of the welding tool (2). Passages (25) in the rails (21, 22) allow pins (10) to pass through. Guides and limit stops work with the strip (10 to hold it onto the welding tool in both the film clamping and non-clamped positions. A limit stop is formed by the head of an actuating pin which extends from one side to the other of the welding tool (2)
