摘要 PURPOSE:To improve safety and productivity with both end unnecessary parts automatically recovered by providing a shutter, which moves in response to a detected signal from a detection means and collisionally drops both ends unnecessary parts in a recovery locus, on a second locus on which the both ends unnecessary parts are kicked out. CONSTITUTION:When both and unnecessary parts are detected with a detected means, a shutter 15 is moved on a second locus FL2 by a detected signal from the detection means. On the other hand, the both end unnecessary parts, kicked out drawing a first locus FL1 by the cutting force of a pipe cutter 5 cut with the cutter 5 and the rotary force of a retaining rotary roller 4, collides with a kicked off guide member 14 provided on the locus FL1. And the both end unnecessary parts reversely change their flying direction to the second locus FL2 with the reaction force of a kicked off guide member 14 produced by the collision, collide with the shutter 15 already moved on the second locus FL2, and drop drawing a recovery locus FL3.
