POLYAMIDE/POLYESTER CONJUGATE FILAMENT YARN, HETEROSHRINK COMBINED FILAMENT YARN, KNITTED FABRIC AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To obtain polyamide/polyester conjugate filament yarn and heteroshrink combined filament yarn for producing fabrics having excellent characteristics such as firm texture, dry touch feeling, suppressed offensive glitter and bulky feeling owing to heteroshrlnking, and to obtain P knit fabric from the aforementioned yarns. CONSTITUTION:The objective heteroshrink combined filament yarn is an assembly of conjugate each of which is made up of a polyamide containing 1.6-4.8wt.% of a lamellar silicate and 20-50wt.% of a polyester. In this case, at least part of the polyester is exposed on the outer periphery of the fiber. And this fiber assembly is composed of fiber A group and fiber B group differing in shrinkage characteristics from each other with the boiling water shrinkages of the A and B groups being <=10% and >=20%, respectively. The other objective knit fabric is obtained by processing the combined filament yarn mentioned above.
