PURPOSE:To avoid a fault to a system accompanying the increase of transaction processing loads by deciding job clients for which respective job server processes receive processing requests based on the determined number of processes and performing preservation in a job client table. CONSTITUTION:A load monitoring means 11 gathers the load information of transactions such as transaction generation ratio information in the job clients 1a-1f or the like. When it is detected that the loads became more than fixed in the load monitoring means 11, a job server number changing means 12 judges the number of the required job server processes from the loads. When the number is larger than the number of the existing job server processes, the job server process number changing means 12 activates a new job server 10. Simultaneously, a job client deciding means 13 decides the job clients for which the respective job server processes are to receive processings and preserves them in a job client management table 15 for managing them. |
