PURPOSE:To simplify a storage and to improve operability by displaying virtual realization space including plural document storage areas on a screen, disignating an arbitrary document storage areas on a realization space, displaying the document stored in the corresponded document storage area and reading documents. CONSTITUTION:A virtual display control part 8 displays virtual realization space including plural document storage areas on the screen of a display 11. An area data storage part 3 stores area data for discriminating the document storage area displayed on the display 11 and the location on the screen of a monitor, etc. When an arbitrary location is designated on the screen, an area recognition part 4 recognizes the designated document storage area based on the area data of the area data storage part 3. In a state that the area recognition part 4 recognizes an arbitrary document storage area and when an arbitary operation instruction including the take-out and storage of the document is performed for the document storage area, a document processing part 5 performs the processing corresponding to the operation instruction. |
