PURPOSE:To diagnose a diagnostic objective job from plural evaluation scales at the same time and to clearly indicate the priority order of an improving job by recalculating the number of points obtained from a number of points table with the weight coefficient of a coefficient table. CONSTITUTION:When answers to all the question items registered in a question item table 108 are inputted, this system collates answer information stored in an answer file 103 and a number of the point of individual jobs table 109 so as to obtain the number of points at each question item, which is seen from an individual job evaluation scale. Then the result of sorting the number of the points is displayed on a display 105 as information indicating the priority order of the improving job seen from the evaluation scale of the individual job and print-outputted from a printer 106. On the other hand, the system recalculates the number of the points with respect to the number of the points of each question item stored in the number of points storing file 104 by using a weight table 1. Then, the system calculates the priority order of an important improving job, which is different from the priority order of the improving job of an individual job diagnosis, and displays or print-outputs this result. |
