<p>PURPOSE: To provide a keyless type access monitor by which higher security against an illegal intruder is warranted. CONSTITUTION: The device has a transmission unit 8 arranged in an automobile, a transceiver 3 carried by user, a reception unit arranged in the automobile, a distance measurement device, a receiver provided in the transceiver 3 and a transmitter provided in the transceiver 3. When a release means is operated, the transmission unit 8 sends an inquiry code signal 6 and the reception unit gives an unlock signal to an unlock unit when the reply code signal 7 received from the transceiver 3 is coincident with an object code signal, the distance measurement device measures the distance between the transceiver and the automobile 1, the receiver provided in the transceiver receives the inquiry code signal and the transmitter provided in the transceiver sends the reply code signal only when the automobile is resident just close to the transceiver.</p> |
