PURPOSE:To provide the liquid crystal display panel where the pitch of lead pulling-out from an electrode is secured regardless of minute display. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal display panel 1 has an upper glass 10, an intermediate layer glass 20, and a lower glass. Two upper and lower liquid crystal layers are formed by these glasses. A voltage is applied to the upper liquid crystal layer by segment electrodes 10a and a common electrode 20a to perform the dot matrix display. A voltage is applied to the lower liquid crystal layer by segment electrodes 30a and the common electrode Odd-number electrodes out or display segments are assigned to segment electrodes 10a which drive the upper liquid crystal layer, and even-numbered electrodes out of them are assigned to segment electrodes 30a which drive the lower liquid crystal layer. Consequently, segment electrodes are provided for every other display segments in each liquid crystal layer, and the pitch of electrode pulling-out is secured. |
