PURPOSE:To maintain the function of a drainer place by easily detecting abnormality such as looseness of a fastening part of piping, and preventing failure of an equipment. CONSTITUTION:In pipings 1 and 2 fastened together by flanges 3 and 4, a pair of ultrasonic wave oscillator 7 and ultrasonic wave receiver 8 are arranged on both sides of a fastening part 6, and a change in an ultrasonic wave transmitting characteristic is detected, and fastening abnormality is detected. |
