PURPOSE:To facilitate the shaping of a locking device, improve the outside appearance of a locking device and the theft preventing function. CONSTITUTION:The end parts 13 and 14 of the first and the second rod-shaped bodies 11 and 12 are superposed on each other. These end parts 13 and 14 are pivotally supported in a relatively turnable manner by a pivotal supporting shaft 16. Through this turn, the other ends 17 and 18 are engaged in free engagement and disengagement so that both the rod-shaped bodies 11 and 12 form an annular body, and a lock part 20 which can lock both the ends 17 and 18 in the engagement state is installed. The first rod-shaped body 11 is positioned on the first virtual plane 30 which crosses at right angle with the axis 29 of the pivotal supporting shaft 16. While, the other end 18 of the second rod-shaped body 12 is positioned nearly on the first virtual plane 30. The second rod-shaped body 12 is positioned on the second virtual plane 31 crossing at a certain crossing angle theta with the first virtual plane 30. |
