PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer laminate adapted to film and sheet material and having excellent flexibility, transparency and blushing retardance and excellent adhesive properties and printability of plywood and steel sheet. SOLUTION: The multilayer laminate comprises a surface layer (II) made of polyolefin resin containing a polar group and laminated at least on one side surface of a base material layer (I) containing polyolefin resin and water- added diene copolymer having 80% or more of saturated double bond of the conjugated diene of conjugated diene copolymer and 50000 to 70000 of number- average molecular weight. |
