PURPOSE:To improve a decorative function or an atmosphere creating function by providing a decoration support part having a circular hole which is open upward on its top surface in addition to a plane part which displays desk-top information. CONSTITUTION:This device has a circular base plate 20 which is made of a tin alloy and the decoration support part 10 which is provided on one side of its peripheral edge. The base plate 20 has a display part 21 whose top surface is formed flatly and the desk-top information consisting of, for example, numerals and characters is displayed on the top surface of the display part 21. The decoration support part 10 consists of a post 31 stood from the peripheral edge part of the base plate 20 and the decoration support member provided at the upper end part of the post 31. The post 31 is provided slantingly at about 20 deg. from the peripheral edge part of the base plate 20 to the center part of the base plate 20. The circular hole (a) for supporting the decoration tool which is opened upward is formed on the top surface of the decoration support member, and the decoration tool (rose and other artificial flowers) 33 are inserted into and supported in the circular hole 32a. |
