PURPOSE:To simplify structure including a reciprocatory motion part, and achieve a compact size and light weight by providing a drive nut part rotated by a prime mover means and a driven screw rod, and generating fluid pressure by moving a piston in an axial line direction. CONSTITUTION:A reversible servo motor 2 is put on, its rotation is transmitted through a belt 10 to a drive nut part 9 to be rotated, and a driven screw part 13 threaded with the drive nut part 9 through a ball is moved in an axial line direction. In this driven screw rod 13, a male spline part 15 is threaded with a female spline part 14 fixed on a frame 1, so it is moved and guided without rotation. Both pistons 6, 7 are moved in one direction, right and left, for example, and a check valve 28 is opened to absorb fluid by a first cylinder 3, while a check valve 31 is opened to compress and discharge fluid from a second cylinder 4, so the reversible servo motor 2 is rotated reversely at a dead center position to reverse above processes, thereby pressure fluid is continuously discharged. |
