CONSTITUTION:A voltage control-type variable pseudo transmission network 1 which has a decay frequency characteristic corresponding to the decay characteristic of a coaxial cable and where the above characteristic is changed by an applied control voltage is provided. Moreover, a voltage control-type variable equalizer 2 which has the decay frequency characteristic being opposite to the decay characteristic of the coaxial cable and where the above characteristic is changed by the applied control voltage is provided. |
