<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute the connecting work to each heating conduction body and obtain the same hardened depth as the designed value without forming deep hardened layer. CONSTITUTION:A journal part or a round column W3 and R-parts W2L, W2R and fillet parts W1L, W1R in a crank shaft W are heated. One pair of electric supplying conduction bodies, a first coil piece 110, a second coil piece having the same as the first coil piece and a connecting conduction body for connecting both coil pieces, are provided. The first coil piece 110 is provided with a first heating conduction body 131 having almost 1/4 arc-state, a third heating conduction body 113 having 1/4 arc-state and connected with the first heating conduction body 111 and the third heating condition body 113 and provided with a second heating conduction body 112. A gap G2 between the third heating conduction body 113 and the round columnar part W3 is set smaller than a gap G1 between the first heating conduction body 111 and the round columnar part W3. The first heating conduction body 111 has the bottom surface paralleled with the round columnar part W3, and the first heating conduction body 111 and the second heating conduction body 312 form the same surface level in at least two surfaces.</p> |
