<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the output of the light source by providing a concave part on the surface of a substrate and feeding electric power through an electrically conductive reflection film formed on the surface by a light emitting diode installed at the bottom part of the concave part, CONSTITUTION:A groove-shaped concave surface part is provided on the surface of a light shielding resin substrate 1 and an electrically conductive metallic film 3 is formed by the vapor deposition of aluminum and the electroless plating of gold on the surface of the substrate 1. Then, the metal film 3 is etched to remove one part, an electrical insulating band 9 is formed and an electrical wiring pattern is defined. Also, light emitting diode chips 2 are mounted in one line at the same interval pitch at the bottom part of the groove of the substrate 1, die-bonded by cathode electrodes and electrically connected to the metallic film G as well as the substrate 1. In this case, when the chips 2 feeds the electric power through the metal film 3, the light serving for illumination is increased since a reflection surface reflects the light by being sawtoothshaped and the light of the light source can be effectively utilized.</p> |
