<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a working glove hardly peeling a rubber of the glove from a boundary part between a part where the rubber sticks and a part where the rubber does not stick during the use thereof. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a working glove comprises the first step for carrying out the bleaching treatment of each raw glove constituted of knit fabric made of cotton fibers, the second step for performing the water repellent treatment of the raw glove with a water repellent, the third step for covering a hand model 2 with the raw glove 1, coating the surface of the raw glove 1 containing a boundary line for dipping at the liquid level in dipping the raw glove in a raw material liquid 5 of a rubber latex blend in the subsequent step with a penetrant and performing the hydrophilic treatment and the fourth step for dipping the raw glove 1 in the raw material liquid 5 of the rubber latex blend, then pulling up the dipped raw glove, heating and vulcanizing the rubber latex blend.</p> |
