<p>PURPOSE:To obtain external facing construction of a building capable of mounting a panel unit simply and presentably to the peripheral surface of a skeleton. CONSTITUTION:Hook bolts 6 are properly projected at least to the interior of a room rather than right and left of a panel unit 1 setting tile on the external surface thereof, a female screw is provided to an upper frame in a vertical direction, a female vertical frame 3C is provided to one side of the panel unit 1, and a male vertical frame 3D is provided to the other side. While, recessed sections having exposed horizontal reinforcements (h) arranged to a skeleton P are formed on an outdoor side of the skeleton P provided with the panel unit 1. The hook bolts 6 of the panel unit 1 are hooked on the exposed horizontal reinforcements of the recessed section, the recessed sections (H) on which the hook bolts are hooked are covered with mortar, and the panel unit 1 is fixed to the outdoor side of the skeleton P. Nuts 16 are buried in the panel unit 1, and the hook bolts 6 can be screwed in the nuts 16.</p> |
