A snapping turtle powder is prepd. by 1)starving a snapping turtle for 3-7 days and putting it into a clear water for 3-5 days, 2)slaughtering the snapping turtle and removing its blood, and 3)drying the blood-removed snapping turtle with hot air at 95 deg. C for 24hrs., pulverizing and roasting at 100-200 deg. C to obtain the snapping turtle powder for health food. |
