The invention provides a bed with a private parts cleansing tank, which can reduce labor of a nurse as much as possible and wash the private parts of a person being cared in the most comfortable condition. The bed (3) with a private parts cleansing tank, according to the invention comprises a body frame (5) with legs (7), a private parts cleansing tank (21) provided centrally of the body frame (5), and mats (11, 13, 15) placed on the body frame. The private parts cleansing tank (21) comprises a tank body (23), a pair of right and left buttock supports (25) provided at portions of the tank body, a hot water supply means (29) for supplying a hot water to a saddle portion between the both buttock supports, and a drainage means (31). Buttocks (2) of a person being cared are placed on the pair of right and left buttock supports (25), and the private parts of a person being cared can be well washed by pouring thereon a hot shower which is directed to the saddle portion between the buttock supports (25).
