<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip type mounting structure capable of suppressing design deterioration of a mounting member, and sharable in a plurality of mounting members with different mounting standards with respect to a counterpart member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The clip type mounting structure is provided with a head part 3 of a clip, a pair of first side faces 31, and a pair of second side faces 32 extending in a direction orthogonal to the first side face 31, and a distance between the first side faces 31 is larger than a distance between the second side faces 32. The clip 2 is mounted to an engagement hole part 10 of the counterpart member 1 from two directions of a first direction, and a second direction being a direction orthogonal to the first direction.
