A reinforcement structure of a Euro-form panel and a reinforcement are provided to cut down on the cost by manufacturing a reinforcement simply, and to improve the quality of a concrete structure. A reinforcement structure of a Euro-form panel and a reinforcement(10) for improving workability and productivity are formed by locating upper and lower first support pieces at the side of frames(52) of upper and lower Euro-form panels(50), inserting a wedge pin(60) into a pin hole(53) and fixing the wedge pin with a fixing pin(61), and connecting and fixing a connecting reinforcement to the upper and lower Euro-form panels, thereby supporting the thickness section(T) at rear of the frame of the Euro-form panel with a supporting piece(16), and making second support pieces(17,18) to be supported to the side of the frame together with the first support piece.
